Cheap service attracts amateurs

A lot of complaints about ipage boil down to lack of experience and knowledge that many users of the this hosting services have.
That's no surprise of course since ipage offers affordable starter services which attracts many amateurs. I never experienced any technical, security or performance issues over the past years. Important note is that their support is rather poor so you have to be able to maintain your site yourself or have a professional take care of that which is recommendable anyways.
